This place is GREAT! A good place to just sit back and relax! My first time here and I had so much fun. Our waitress was amazing and very nice. The hookahs that they prepare are smooth and last! They are always coming around with coals to make sure you are getting the best hit every time. They also have a good selection of food that I unfortunately did not get to try yet, but I will be back this week with my friends and give it a go.

This place is the best hookah spot in South Florida. I've been looking for a hookah spot for while and when i found this place, I don't go anywhere else! This place has a variety of flavors and the food is fantastic (you need to try the boom boom burger). It's a really authentic vibe. I'm kinda a germophobe but this place is super fresh and clean. Service is extremely professional and kind. The staff do wonderful job making you feel at home with their hospitality and friendliness.

As you enter the place you are welcomed by warm and pleasant staff. Order came out fast. For a cafe they have a wide variety of choices on quick snacks, light and healthy. Highly recommend this place.

My fave hookah joint!! Like all the flavors and the ambiance is amazing. The service is absolutely spectacular. Fareed is so nice and always takes care of us and knows exactly what we want to order the second we walk in! I highly recommend this hookah joint to everyone!

Can’t find another hookah lounge around me that’s worth going to so I drive 30 mins To get here because the service is the best. My group and I have been coming to this place at least twice a week for the past couple months. This is a great place to come and unwind with friends. Love their chicken tenders, milk tea, and most of all, their tobacco flavors.

Best Hookah in town! If you want authentic hookah like in the Middle East this is the place to go. Fareeed the owner takes care of you like family. Food is amazing. Atmosphere is phenomenal.

love this place! Every one treats me like fam. Everyone knows me by name and I saw some a bad reviews and I never had a problem with being over charged. Coming here for a while and I know a lot of the people that come here and are treated respectfully and have been coming here for a long time. There is no competition when it comes to Kan Zaman.

Not only is this business awesome for its hookahs but it also bears an amazing atmosphere of serenity primarily because of its commitment to the simplicity of peaceful interaction by its employees. Patrons who frequent this establishment tend to also implement this civil union as a direct result of the great treatment received by the employees.All the hookah preparers unofficially compete with each other which means all are giving ther very very to receiving customer satisfaction. The food and special sauces are also very delicious and desired consistently by patrons. Finally an American base business that want more than just your money👍

Hookah is really good and so cheap!! Staff is wonderful and they were very accommodating. If I'm ever in the area again I'll be going back there.

My first review of this place wasnt great because I was upset but then I actually opened up and said somthing. And they worked with me to help out. I should have explained this before I reviewed. This place is really wonderful. The service is really great too. It's a great place to relax. And the price is affordable for a hookah. During the week it's a quite place to study.

We had the hookah here and just chilled late into the night. The watermelon mint was great! On point. Service was great. The ambience is nice. They have good ventilation, the hookah smoke was not lingering. I really like this place. Coming from Houston where we have a LOT of hookah places, this was one of the best sheesha I have had. Next time I come, I will try the food. Highly recommend the hookah here.

No doubt the best hookah cafe in south Florida. Starting of with the service, you feel that you are treated as a king. The waiters are always tentative and meeting your every need. The atmosphere is very lively especially on the weekends. The food is a 10/10 I had the boom boom burger and the lemonade mojito finishing of with the brownie ice cream. Never going to any other hookah cafe than Kan Zaman.

Great space

Cool place. For a distant cousin to a place, in, perhaps, Tangier, drop by for a beverage. If you wish, puff on a hookah. This strip mall, interestingly, has a Middle-Eastern grocery store with many interesting foods. There is a Middle-Eastern bakery with lots of choices. And more.

The hookah, food, and tea are delicious. I have been here twice and the service here has treated me like family! I have smoked quite a bit of shisha in my life and I would say this is one of my favorite hookah bars in the country. 100% recommend!

We've been going to Kan Zaman since 2015 and have not strayed. We're always up for trying new hookah bars to see what is out there however through experience my family can vouch that nothing compares to Kan Zaman. The service is truly like no other. They're all incredibly attentive and the hookahs are truly always delicious. They care about their customers and it's apparent as soon as you're seated. Kan Zaman simply is our home away from home.

Nice venue with beautiful Decour, however the staff were not friendly, and customer service was poor.I definitely would not recommend this place for anyone in the LGBTQ community. They are definitely homophobic here. Our server Try to avoid us as much as possible. I received the check faster than I did my brownie.Recommendation, money is green, Treat everyone with respect and provide good customer service. If the service gets better I am pretty sure people will spread the word and they would have more business.

The boom boom burger and the quesadilla are just amazing the best I’ve ever had, it’s a super chill place to smoke hookah and hang with friends.

Food was good, shisha was fine. Service was non-existant for first 25 minutes. No one was in store, I had customers trying to help. Once I got service it was slow.

Neat little hookah lounge with a good vibe. Second time here and no complaints. Haven’t had any food yet but the hookahs are smooth and they allow you to bring your own games and small bites.

This is an amazing hookah cafe. The best hookah in South Florida. The staff is friendly, the environment is relaxing and the management truly looks to give you the best experience possible. Great place study, relax on the weekends and enjoy amazing food. I recommend the BOOM-BOOM Burger Combo, with their signature Lemonade Mojito.

Amazing food! me and my friends come here to study on the weekdays and hang out on weekends. Their philly cheese steak sandwich with the boom boom sauce is a must have with the lemon pepper fries and wings along with our personal favorite watermelon juice. Hookah are served very quickly last long and only 13$ can't go wrong. Staff is amazing

Awesome establishment. Stopped in here with a couple of friends to smoke hookah, the hookah was nice and smooth. Customer service is on point, very attentive and friendly. I will Definitely be back for my hookah fix.
